Martial Metamorphosis

Martial fitness is a unique blend of martial arts movements combined with body strengthening exercises to promote a strong body and peaceful mind. The focus is more on the mind and breaking down those old limitations to prove to yourself that YOU can do it.
 
Each class is different, however basic movements will be repeated until perfected and as a result the individual will become more focused, confident and have strengthened sense of self and finding that they are undertaking tasks in which they’ve never had the courage and will power to do before.
 
Before one know’s it a body is forged that can handle most life situations with an ease and a heightened sense of awareness. If you focus more on the actual exercise – I mean put your entire being into it, every muscle fibre, every tendon, bone, every cell that makes up the human body!!! – you’ll notice that the brain will become quiet and the body will accomplish deeds that the brain could have never perceived. 
 
We are now entering the realm of mind, the place that is YOU, spirit. In this realm a thought has no power as you become aware of it’s true nature of rising and falling and it’s constant narration on what is. We already know what is, just take a moment to look around. It’s always there, it cannot be found in thought as this is just another happening within Tao, another part of our true being that we are aware of.
